1. Scope and Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket for the event, the buyer expressly accepts these conditions. These policies comply with applicable Austrian regulations (Consumer Rights Act and related provisions).

2. Ticket Nature

• Each ticket is personal and non-transferable.

• Tickets must be presented in physical or digital format at the entrance.

• The organizer reserves the right to verify the ticket holder’s identity.

3. Right of Admission
The organizer reserves the right of admission and removal from the event in cases of inappropriate behavior, safety risks, non-compliance with venue rules, or any conduct that jeopardizes the event.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for reasons attributable to the buyer, such as purchase errors, ticket loss, inability to attend, or misuse.

• Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The event is fully canceled.

  • The main artists fail to perform without prior notice or replacement.

  • The event cannot be carried out due to organizational failures.

• In such cases, the organizer will contact the affected buyers directly, providing instructions and a reasonable timeframe for processing the refund.

5. Event Changes
The organizer may adjust the program, schedule, or venue due to force majeure (e.g., weather, government orders, technical issues), without any obligation for refunds, provided the event still takes place.

6. Valid Tickets
Only tickets purchased through official sales channels are valid. Duplicated, falsified, altered, or canceled tickets will not grant entry.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Buyer information will only be used for event management and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
